Consistent with the schoolhouse theme, the rooms are named Grade 1 through Grade 6.  Each of our rooms have the 12 ft. high ceiling characteristic of the classrooms they once were.  All have in room bathrooms, gas fireplaces, TV/VCR.  Select rooms also include a DVD player, compact refrigerator & microwave.    

Movies and reading materials are available to our guests at no extra charge.

Grade 1: A Queen-sized bed (single/double occupancy), in room bath, TV/VCR, and gas fireplace.

Rate:  $120/night (Friday-Saturday) $110/night (Sunday-Thursday)

Grade 2: Large suite with a queen-sized & twin bed (single/double/triple occupancy), in-room bath, TV/VCR/DVD, compact refrigerator, microwave, gas fireplace. 

Rate: $135/night (Friday-Saturday)  $125/night (Sunday-Thursday)

Grade 3: Large suite with a queen-sized bed (single/double occupancy), in-room bath, TV/VCR/DVD, compact refrigerator, microwave, gas fireplace. 

Rate: $135/night (Friday-Saturday)  $125/night (Sunday-Thursday)

Grade 4: Queen-sized and twin bed - the twin bed being located in a separate alcove off the main bedroom (single/double occupancy), in room bath, TV/VCR and gas fireplace.

Rate: $130/night (Friday-Saturday)  $120/night (Sunday-Thursday)

Grade 5: Large suite with a queen-sized bed (single/double occupancy), in-room bath, TV/VCR/DVD, compact refrigerator, microwave, gas fireplace.

Rate: $120/night (Friday-Saturday)  $110/night (Sunday-Thursday)

Grade 6: Queen-sized bed (single/double occupancy) in room bath, TV/VCR and gas fireplace.

Rate: $90/night (Friday-Saturday) $80/night (Sunday-Thursday)

A full breakfast is served each morning.

No minimal stay requirements May - October

2 night minimal stay with 4 rooms or more.

Between November 1 & April 30th, reservations will be taken only with 4+ rooms

A $15.00/night discount applies to all reservations of 4 or more nights.

A $15.00 charge is applied to additional occupants. Tax is NOT included.

Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 12:00 Noon.

Gift certificates are available.

RESERVATIONS: One night's deposit required or you may guarantee to a VISA or MasterCard Credit Card.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We require one week notice if you must cancel your reservation.  Ask about applicable fees applied for cancellations made under our one week policy.
